Cancellation Policy
To best serve all our clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. By booking, you agree to the following terms:
· First-Time Cancellation: As a one-time courtesy, your first cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be excused without a penalty. Any deposits made will be applied towards following service.
· Second Late Cancellation: A second cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service.
· Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours) & No-Shows: Any cancellation made less than 4 hours before your appointment, and all no-shows, will be charged the full amount of the booked service. This counts as your third offense.
· Third Offense: A third instance of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no-show will result in a charge for the full amount of the service and may lead to the inability to book future appointments.
